Our stay at Santorini was awesome. Julie and John really looked after us and the complex was exceptionally clean. We even saw whales from our balcony. The restaurants and cafes near by, in walking distance, served delicious food with great service. A patrolled, flagged beach across the road for safe swimming in the surf and a nice pool back at Santorini.

“Santorini Twin Waters apartments Mudjimba ticks all the boxes – a perfect 7 day stay. Management was always friendly & helpful. Its location location – the sea view apartment was clean & modern with a great location – relaxed with a beachside community vibe – you’ll feel like a local. Great for singles, couples or families – the location suits all – patrolled beach & play park across the road, 3 cafes downstairs with a top notch Italian restaurant as well. There’s a convenient corner store & a bakery with the best old school cakes & pies on the coast. Only 10mins from airport, a local Coles shopping centre up the road & Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza 15mins away. As a regular guest I’m assured of a happy & relaxed stay – it has everything I need.”

We stayed here with our toddler for almost a week, and it was just perfect. Having never been to the Sunshine Coast before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this was a perfect location. Not too busy but with eating options downstairs and a supermarket a short drive away. Best of all, there was a small park (with a playground… perfect for a toddler) and the beach behind that. You couldn’t really get any closer. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was perfectly maintained and appointed. We spent quite a few afternoons sitting on balcony enjoying the sea view. We did have a few issues in the mornings with the sun streaming in making the room fairly bright from quite early in the morning even with the curtains drawn, but it wasn’t a big deal and just convinced us to get out of bed and get on with enjoying our holiday. It was just wonderful.

I would not hesitate to return to Santorini Twin Waters, we are a family of 4 (but the kids are both adults) and this was a perfect place to stay, very clean and well kitted out, Julie was very friendly and helpful on reception. Lovely amenities from restaurants and shops close by. A very short walk to the lovely beach and park. Secure parking. Lovely swimming pool and barbecue area. I really cannot fault anything about this place it is heaven.

Such a great place to stay the rooms are comfortable and clean big and spacious perfect for big familys or big group we stayed in 3 bdr apartment and was a perfect location close to beach shops and fab restaraunts defs be returning to these stunning apartments great relaxing holiday

“Amazing apartments. We were here on the weekend for my sisters wedding. She had booked the 2 bedroom penthouse for herself and her fiancé and the 3 bedroom ocean view room for our family of 6 including a 3 year old. The room had amazing views, I would definitely pay more for that view.
The bedrooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. The main had a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with spa bath which was huge. The other 2 rooms had 2 single beds in each and then there was a main bathroom also with a bath. Having a kitchen and laundry was fantastic. The balcony was huge and nice to sit out and relax. Having secure free parking is helpful. The location is fantastic with the beach over the road including a good park for the kids. Good coffee and food venues within walking distance. Pool was nice but got cool once the sun went away from the pool area.
Minor negatives: only 1 tv and it was very small for the size of the lounge and there was only 1 air con in the dining/ lounge room so the bedrooms were very hot.
Would definitely stay again!!”

Stayed in a 2 br apartment. Very well equipped and spacious accommodation on the Esplanade at Mudjimba Beach. Fantastic location, with shopping centre with all facilities within a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Secure complex with secure undercover parking. Highly recommend and would stay again

Fantastic location by the beach – and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Maroochydore and yet only 10 minutes away by car – absolute best of both worlds – highly recommned this spot – great for that laid back holiday and yet in the centre of it all – 30 mins to Noosa

Mostly owner apartments, good size rooms with large balcony and comfortable furniture. Not top drawer but OK for a short break with kids as the location is good, very quiet, away from the main centres and right opposite a beautiful beach. We had a high room facing a lovely view of the ocean. Basic eateries for takeaways and a surprisingly good small restaurant called High Tide. Not far away from Maroochydore for main shops. Service is limited and even reception was often unmanned so be prepared to look after yourself. Car spaces are very small.

We booked to stay for 5 nights. The communication was good, with clear instructions on how to get in after hours on arrival. First impressions were good, spacious apartments, good layout, and lovely view. Our bed on the first night was uncomfortable, but to the credit of the new managers, they made every effort to offer us alternatives, which we accepted. From there on in, our stay was great, and we appreciated their hospitality. Great cafe’s in close proximity. Beach across the road, with playground. Secure undercover parking. Managers advise that wifi is on its way, so I would definitely stay again if need be.

Went with friends who had a 7 year old and the location was perfect. Park directly across the road and on the other side of the park is the beach., absolutely beautiful . The apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was lovely. Very peaceful and quiet with a great variety of restaurants to either eat in or take away.

After Jetstar cancelled my flight, I (and others) were put up in the Santorini Twin Waters overnight. Jetstar, however, had not properly confirmed the booking, so when we arrived the overnight manager had to do some extra work in order to check us all in. He did so with great efficiency, while also ensuring that a nearby Indian restaurant would stay open past closing time to provide food for us. He was extremely friendly and understanding of our situation.
The rooms themselves were excellent, with comfortable beds (I had a queen size bed) with ensuite in one of the bedrooms, a small (but sufficient) kitchen, and a large balcony with outdoor seating.
If I find myself in Maroochydore again (hopefully deliberately rather than due to a flight cancellation), I would definitely stay here again.

“We have stayed here before. One bedroom apartment that is actually two bedroom two bathroom. The guys that manage the hotel were friendly and helpful at all times. The apartment was clean and well supplied. We love this place as its quite, relaxing and everything you need is handy. Lovely park and beach across the road. Unfortunately this lovely place has been found by others and now you have to book well in advance.
We will be back and thanks for a great visit.”

Had a great family long weekend here. Management extremely friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, clean and close to everything. Walk across the road to beach, park, playground and takeaway shops right underneath. Will definately stay again.

“We spent 3 nights here over the weekend and loved the place, ideally situated across the road from a lovely family orientated park that leads onto the patrolled beach. The unit was spotless and very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the park. Plenty of room for a family of five, handy having a second tv in the master bedroom. Beautiful bathrooms both with baths. The managers Phil and Roy were most accommodating, even calling us on Saturday lunch time to tell us the unit was ready and we could come in early.
Can’t wait to come back and stay again.”
